to sell with the phone camera: scan, then complete sale. Works with USB scanners too.

What the system does every day

Stop counting by hand. Stop guessing what to buy. Stop chasing baki in a notebook.

01

Keep the ledger

Every unit in and out is recorded with who, why and the balance after it. Stock is valued at weighted average cost, landed cost included.

02

Set reorder points

Worked out each morning from real sales, the supplier's delivery time and safety days. No guessing, no spreadsheet.

03

Draft purchase orders

One per supplier with the right quantities, ready to check and send. Suppliers confirm the date from a link, no login.

04

Chase late deliveries

A delivery past its date raises an alert and the supplier gets a reminder with the order link.

05

Sell the oldest first

Batches with expiry go out earliest first. Expired stock is taken off sale and the write-off is drafted.

06

Collect baki

Customer balances, credit limits and SMS reminders on the days you choose. Payments settle the oldest invoice first.

07

Number the invoices

Invoice numbers, VAT per line, delivery challans and thermal receipts, made at the moment of sale.

08

Count without closing

A short cycle count every week, fast sellers first. Sales during the count are kept, differences become movements.

09

Spot what is not selling

Dead stock and the cash it ties up, every month, so you discount or return it before it is worthless.

10

Rank what matters

ABC classes from 90 days of sales: the 20% of items that make 80% of your money get counted and reordered first.

11

Take online orders

Your own order page. Orders arrive to confirm, stock is reserved, the customer gets an SMS when it ships.

12

Report to the owner

A morning email: yesterday's sales, profit, cash, what is low and who owes what.

What stays with people, by design: confirming that money arrived, approving purchase orders and write-offs, and judging a count difference. See every feature

Questions

Asked by shop owners

Do I need a computer or special hardware?

No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. The phone camera scans barcodes; a USB barcode scanner and a thermal receipt printer work too if you have them. Nothing to install.

How does it know what to reorder?

Every morning it works out how much of each item you really sell in a day, from the last 90 days, weighted to the last month. The reorder point is that daily sale times the supplier's delivery days plus a few safety days. Anything at or under it, counting what is already on order, goes into a draft purchase order for its supplier.

Can it handle baki?

Yes. Sell on credit at the counter or on an order, set a limit per customer, and the system keeps each customer's balance. Overdue invoices get a polite SMS on the days you choose, and payments settle the oldest invoices first.

We sell medicines and food. What about expiry?

Turn on expiry for an item and every receipt asks for the batch and date. Sales and transfers take the earliest expiry first. You are warned before items expire; once expired they are taken off sale and a write-off is drafted for you to approve.

I have a shop and a godown. Does stock stay separate?

Each location has its own stock, reorder points and counts. Transfers leave one place when shipped and arrive when the other side confirms, batches and expiry dates included. Anything short is flagged.

Is my data safe, and can I leave?

Each business is kept separate, every change is in the audit trail and costs are hidden from sales staff. Every report exports to Excel, and you can ask us for a full export at any time.

Try it on a real-looking business.
